Inspired by @christophe_michalak MissK, We created a Fig, Raspberry and Tonka Bean Religieuse.
Tonka Bean crème pâtisserie, fig and raspberry compote and a fig and raspberry white choc swirl. Decorated with freeze dried raspberries.
To re create this pastry shop the following essentials online- Tonka bean, pectin, gelatine leaves, Valrhona 35% Ivoire White Chocolate, freeze dried raspberries and mini round cake boards.
