We used @debuyer 16cm square to create Elysee. Hazelnut daquoise, chocolate whipping ganache and hazelnut chocolate glaze form the layers in this pastry.

Charlotte

We used @silikomart Fashion Eclair mould by @johanmartin. Flavors of pistachio and strawberry were used to create this Entremet.
