Description

During this macaron making demonstration class, you will learn all about the history of these popular tasty sweet. We will teach you all the steps on how to make macarons from fresh ingredients. A recipe booklet with two recipes is included for every participant.

The demonstration will show you how to create the Macaron with a more advanced technique; the Italian meringue method (incl. a chocolate ganache filling).

You will get to taste the macarons as well as enjoy teatime with us.

There will be a full display of equipment you require to make these tasty Macarons at home (piping bag, nozzle, silicone mats, sugar thermometer).

Each participant will receive a recipe booklet containing two macaron recipes and a 10% discount off all purchases on the day.
