To recreate this Tartremet shop the following essentials: Tonka Bean, titanium dioxide, fish gelatine, 16cm Perforated Tart Ring, Silikomart Zuccoto 115 Mould, piping bag, Star Nozzle. Decorate with Chocolate crispy pearls and gold leaf.
