In this 3 day Demonstration Masterclass, Chef will create 12 recipes.</p>
<p>The course includes a completion certificate, recipe booklet, lunch daily and professional photographs. </p>
<p>Chef Antonio Bachour has created the recipes in this course using Valrhona couverture and Boiron fruit purees from France.<br />
The demonstration will conclude with a buffet presentation and degustation of all products made.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our ‘Short and Sweet Class’ will take place in a practical classroom and give participants as much exposure as possible to the environment of a professional kitchen. Only 24 people per practical room under supervision of one our specialty bakers.</p>
<p>A power class, creating a single pastry from start to finish. The day of their workshop, all participants will enjoy a 10% discount at &#8220;The Stylish Baker&#8221; and will receive an apron, and detailed notes.</p>
<p>This 4 hour &#8216;hands-on&#8217; class will teach you how to make ‘Rose’. Elements include sponge, mousse, compote and white/milk chocolate glaze with flavours of raspberry, rose, chocolate and pistachio.</p>
<p>This workshop is suitable for beginners, apprentice bakers or those who are passionate about cuisine and want to perfect their techniques.</p>

Entremet&#8217;s have become hugely popular, and the pâtisserie trend is on the rise.</p>
<p>This 7 hour &#8216;hands-on&#8217; For the Love of Chocolate class, will teach you how to make two perfect Chocolate Entremets, layered with 3 different fillings and decorated to perfection. Flavors of Chocolate, Peanut butter and Caramel. </p>
