Silikomart “Russian Tale”  Baking and Freezing Silicone Mould, Makes 5, 73.5x 67mm H

With the Russian Tale Silikomart Professional mould you can create swirl shaped single portions. This swirl mould is suitable for semifreddi, ice cream cakes and baked cakes. Each swirl mould has a special and innovative border in the upper part which gives a particular round shape to the base of pastries.

The Set consists of one 5 cavity mould and 1 plastic supporter to hold the mould steady during preparation.

The Russian Tale Silikomart mould is characterized by extreme versatility since it is suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too and can resist to temperature ranges between -60°C (-76°F) and +230°C (+446°F).
